Challenge
The client was managing lighting and reservations through separate, manual processes. Staff had to toggle lights on and off based on bookings, leading to errors and wasted energy. They needed a single system that could automatically control lights when courts were reserved and provide visibility into usage.
Solutions
We built a custom API that connects their reservation system with IoT lighting controllers. The solution includes a dashboard for facility managers to monitor all courts and override settings when needed. Lights now turn on when a court is booked and turn off after the session ends, with configurable schedules per location.
